 Two days ago I called to arrange for your service to be installed here; I spoke to a
"Stacy" in Sales.  Today, Thurs 12-10, "Tim" and "Steve" called on their way, and then
came in here and successfully installed this outstanding internet/phone service in under
two hrs, while also thoroughly explaining it to me. I just wanted to let "da bosses" down
there know how completely satisfied I am with this entire experience, from ordering to
installation.
 "Two thumbs up" for your T6B staff: I will not hesitate to recommend you to my friends!
 PS  ....and this new internet connection is blazing fast to boot!!!

This is a message that I should have sent last week. It was either 1/28 or 1/29 that I
had been on the computer for a while and then, all of a sudden, I receipt a script that I
had never seen before --- something to the effect that I was to contract the administrator
as the system was full. After rebooting and attempting the few things that I knew, I called
the help desk and spoke with a Corey. He was truly the best in customer service – patient,
kind, informative, didn’t mind explaining things as I am one of the least technical people
on earth. Once the system was up and running – after an hour of doing several things, I
thanked Corey for his patience and complimented him – his response was “that’s my job
and what I enjoy doing”.
Shortly thereafter, I received a call from perhaps the general manager at the Sterling T6
store? He explained that my problem was not related to my system, but occurred
elsewhere! I also advised him of how great Corey had been – especially with his patience
and he gave me this e-mail address so that I could share with you.
You need more customer service people like Corey. I’ve been in a customer service arena
all my life and certainly recognize that Corey is a great asset to T6. Thank you for this
opportunity to share my experience with you!

I want to once again sincerely compliment you folks for your truly outstanding customer
support. A week ago my former Windows XP computer died of old age and my only
option was buying a new PC, which is now only available with the new Windows 7 OS,
which is quite a bit different. However, over Fri & Sat Jan 29-30, two of your excellent
Tech Support staffers, a "Corey" and a "Tim", both did an outstanding job getting my new
machine configured for emailing, which I was having no success in doing myself.
I just want whoever's in charge at T6B to know how completely satisfied I am with your
customer service, and to let you know I have told several friends how really great my
experiences with T6B have been since I joined-up in late '09.
I also wanted to let you know that when I was buying this new machine at Best Buy on
Perryville in Rockford this past Wed, I was asked who my ISP was and when I said "T6B
in Belvidere", the reply I got was "Good!" -- one of the staff over there also has T6B at
home and said "those guys will get you set up right...they know what they're doing".
Two thumbs up by me, too, you folks! Thanks again for your patience and efforts!

I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service I received
from Sherry, a member of your billing department staff. I called yesterday with a problem
that arose after Inwave/Iconnect was shut down. She listened to my concerns and
indicated that she needed to do some research into the problem. She said that she would
call me back. She did so in a timely fashion and was able to resolve the issue at hand. In
doing so, she was professional and yet sensitive to me as a customer. I would ask that
you express my gratitude to her by forwarding this message to her.
You are fortunate in having such people on your staff. Thank you for equipping your
employees in such a way that they are able to deal with your customers in this fashion.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the help provided
to me by Geoff Bork and Ryan McLean. I had several software problems as a result of
purchasing a new computer. These issues were large to me, but quickly resolved by
