T6Broadband now offers businesses on-site support protection plans. In our contract you are responsible for items not limited to, animals chewing on cabling, electrical power turned off to our equipment and “Acts of God” not limited to, relocation of your equipment because a tree grew in the way or lightning striking the equipment at your location.

T6 support plans are like no-fault insurance.

Business PC Support Plan

This outstanding plan covers labor and *standard replacement parts to fix one computer. This includes 24/7 telephone support with on-site repairs 5 days a week. It’s like having your own on-call technician! Use the service as often as needed. T6 has staff repairing PC’s 24/7 at our locations because we know how important your PC is to you. Read below to see the services we provide:

A few of the parts that can be replaced include:

*Standard replacement parts are parts that are used in a normal PC. Examples are if you have a 40 gig hard drive our standard part is now an 80 gig hard drive. There would be no additional charge for this. The normal video card costs $80, you have a $320 video card used for gaming there would be an $80 credit toward the video card of your choice.

Business Support Plan- Labor Only

We will send a technician to your location to take care of your connection to the Internet, one computer and one router that is connected to the Internet. You can use the service as often as needed. That is right! If you need a service call five or even ten times per year we will be there for $7.99 per month. We will adjust or relocate your antenna, replace your power supply, run new cabling, install a new network card in your PC, remove a virus, setup your e-mail accounts and provide the labor to repair your one computer. See excluded items*. If you have additional PC’s that you would like to add to this support plan you can do so at a cost of $17.99 per PC.

**** not everything can be repaired at your location. Some PC's may need to be repaired at our location. Routers, switches, USB adapters, cables, computers that can’t be repaired, printers, monitors, data backups, but these items can be purchased from us at an additional charge. Windows 98 and older operating systems are not supported.

The labor is covered for one low, very low, fee. The only additional fees would be for any parts.

After the first 30 days, there is an $89.00 charge per hour if you are not on a service plan. It doesn’t matter if your antenna has to be moved, the power supply went bad, a computer has a virus, your network card went bad or you need assistance with your network or VOIP system. Your T6 technician will fix it for $89 per hour. Roof tripods, poles and network cards are now included in this price. If a service call is performed the charge will be added to your next monthly bill.
** If you elect the 'Pay As You Go Plan' there is a $30 activation fee if you decide to go with the Business Support Plan.
