T6Broadband is now offering 2 levels of on-site Digital Telephone Support Protection Plans.
Both plans cover the following:

· Digital Phone ATA hooked to existing phone lines
· Inside wire repair for one phone
· We come to your home
· Replace Defective ATA |
· Configure your router to work with our ATA
· Replace RJ-11 (Phone Plug) Ends
· Replace Wall Mount Jacks
· Reconfigure ATA |
The labor is covered for one low, very low, fee. The only additional fees would be for any parts.
On-Site technicians are available Monday through Saturday from 8am to 8pm.
Telephone support is available 24/7, 365 days a year
Digital Telephone Support Plan for $5.99 per month - Residential Clients only
We will send a technician to your location to take care of your Digital Telephone service and
equipment. You can use the service as often as needed. That’s right, if you need service 5
or even 10 times per year we will be there for $5.99 per month. You must continue the support
plan for a minimum of 6 months after your last on-site visit.

Digital Telephone Support Pay As You Go for $89.00
There is an $89.00 charge per on-site service call if you are not on a service plan. Your
T6Broadband technician will fix it for $89.
** If you elect the 'Pay As You Go Plan' there is a $30 activation fee if you decide to
go with a different support plan.
