Overview of Support Plan Choices

T6Broadband now offers three levels of on-site support protection plans. These plans cover service calls to your location to repair the Internet connection PLUS the labor to repair your computers and routers. In our contract you are responsible for items not limited to, animals chewing on cabling, electrical power turned off to our equipment and “Acts of God” not limited to, relocation of your equipment because a tree grew in the way or lightning striking the equipment at your location.

T6 support plans are like no-fault insurance.
Call us and we will provide the labor to fix it.

Subscribe to one of our plans and we cover your Internet connection, Acts of God, your Computers and router. Read below to see the services we provide:

Telephone support to answer Internet and computer related problems is unlimited and available 24/7.

On-Site labor to fix the following is included

**** not everything can be repaired at your location. Some PC's may need to be repaired at our location.

The labor is covered for one low, very low, fee. The only additional fees would be for any parts.

We will send a technician to your location to take care of your Internet connection and one computer and one router that is connected to the Internet. You can use the service as often as needed. That’s right, if you need service 5 or even 10 times per year we will be there for $6.99 per month. We will adjust or relocate your antenna, replace your power supply, install a new network card in your PC, remove a virus, setup your email accounts and provide the labor to repair your one computer.
Additional PC’s at your location are $4.50 per month each.
Non-T6 Internet Customers can buy this plan for $129 per year plus a $60 activation fee.

We will send a technician to your location to take care of your Internet connection and one computer and one router that is connected to the Internet. You can use the service as often as needed. That’s right, if you need service 5 or even 10 times per year we will be there for $8.99 per month. We will adjust or relocate your antenna, replace your power supply, install a new network card in your PC, remove a virus, setup your email accounts and provide the labor and PARTS to repair your one computer.
Additional PC’s at your location are $6.50 per month each.
Parts included for replacement are at T6 Broadband’s discretion. The following parts are included in this plan:

After the first 30 days, there is an $89.00 charge per on-site service call if you are not on a service plan. It doesn’t matter if your antenna has to be moved, the power supply went bad, a computer has a virus, your network card went bad or you need assistance with your network or VOIP system. Your T6 technician will fix it for $89. Roof tripods, poles and network cards are now included in this price. If a service call is performed the charge will be added to your next monthly bill. $89.00 applies to each computer worked on.
** If you elect the 'Pay As You Go Plan' there is a $60 activation fee if you decide to go with a different support plan.

All hardware, switching to a 900 MHz antenna, routers, switches, USB adapters, cables, computers that can’t be repaired, printers, data backups, some of these items can be purchased from us at an additional charge. Windows 98 and older systems are not supported.
